The Procedure

What to Expect After Your Chemical Peel Treatment

After your treatment, you will likely experience some redness and tenderness. This can be managed with medication and cool compresses. Lighter peels may produce flaking and peeling that is not much worse than a sunburn. Deeper peels can cause the skin to ooze or crust during the healing process.
